4.  FEET HYPERHIDROSIS (PLANTAR)

My hyperhidrosis conditions are as follows: Palmer (palms) & plantar (feet) hyperhidrosis. The palm of my hands and feet just sweat like crazy and don't stop even when my body cools down, it just keeps going until it wants to stop. The sweating is random and uncontrollable, there is no pattern to it at all. I just sweat when my body is hot or cold, I also sweat if I am nervous, scared, thinking of some thoughts of sweating or anything related to being scared or nervous, the best thing is for me to try to do nothing that will bring on the sweating.

I refer more often to the palms of my hands sweating and not my feet. Regardless of this, my feet do sweat, but this doesn't have as much impact on my life as do the palms of my hands. My sweaty hands are what gives me a harder time in life than my feet, they don't interact with objects as much as my hands so I tend to just talk about my hands, however, my feet do often sweat at the same time.

The treatment I eventually found best for my feet was using an Iontophoresis machine at home three times a week and an antiperspirant every other night, this also worked for my hands too. When things get really bad I take a beta-blocker.
